Enhanced Usability and Versatility
The clamp-type connectors featured in both models ensure optimal and consistent contact pressure, greatly simplifying the process of securing pouch cells for testing. Their design also includes a guide rail, enhancing the stability and adaptability of the holder to accommodate any cell geometry. This makes the PBH-125 and PBH-150 ideal for laboratories looking to test batteries within a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C, as they are ready for use in climate chambers.
Compatibility and Connection Details
The PBH-125 is equipped with two 4 mm receptacles for power and 2 mm receptacles for the sense, while the PBH-150 features 6 mm eyelet-type receptacles for power and 4 mm receptacles for sense, making it compatible with a range of equipment including FlexP 00160/0060, HCV-3048, HCP-803/1005, and BCS-800 series with a CC8, alongside boosters for the premium range using a CC4-60A. These holders follow the conventional color coding for easy integration into existing setups.
