ZUA 2000 – Universal Film Applicator – Proceq

The ZUA 2000 Universal Film Applicator is used for preparing uniform films or wedge-shaped layers in paint, varnish, adhesive and chemical industries. It's ideal for quality assessment and both manual and automatic film applications.

The ZUA 2000 offers adjustable gap heights from 0 µm to 3,000 µm (0 mil to 118.11 mil) with a graduation resolution of 5 µm and tolerance of ± 10 µm for precise film application control.

The ZUA 2000 is very simple to use. Simply adjust to the desired gap height and place on the substrate. Its user-friendly design makes it suitable for both experienced operators and those new to film application processes.

The ZUA 2000 is available with width ranging from 60 to 220 mm, providing flexibility for different substrate sizes and application requirements.
