The MSA One-Click SFE Mobile Surface Analyzer is an advanced instrument designed for rapid and precise quality control of coated, pretreated, or cleaned surfaces. It accurately measures surface wettability through automatic, high-speed analysis of the surface free energy.

With a single click, the MSA dispenses two liquid droplets simultaneously, then instantly analyzes the contact angles to determine the surface free energy. The fully automated process completes in under a second, providing reliable insights into the surface’s wettability by aqueous or organic liquids, as well as its adhesion properties. This advanced technology ensures highly accurate, user-independent results thanks to its standardized measuring process, minimizing errors caused by manual operation.

The MSA Flexible Liquid enables automated contact angle measurements with freely selectable liquids on solid surfaces. Designed for non-destructive analysis, it evaluates the wetting behavior of inks, coatings, and adhesives in real-world processes. Ideal for quality control and material testing, the MSA ensures accurate, automated wettability assessment, helping optimize adhesion and surface interactions in industrial applications.
