Optimize High-Temperature Material Testing with HTF-1100
The HTF-1100, a cutting-edge horizontal laboratory tube furnace from BioLogic, is engineered to advance the electrical characterization of materials alongside precise heat treatment processes within a temperature range of 150 °C to 1100 °C. Its versatility is further enhanced when interfaced with the MT-Lab software, allowing for seamless integration with the MTZ-35 impedance analyzer. The furnace also offers manual control through its programmable Watlow controller, making temperature setup and monitoring a straightforward process.
Designed to accommodate a variety of tubular High Temperature Sample Holders (HTSH-1100), the HTF-1100 ensures accurate temperature control and measurement courtesy of its strategically placed k-type thermocouple. Moreover, the HTSH-1100 supports operations under controlled environments with the option to utilize inert or active gases, and the capability to handle variable pressures up to 2 bar relative. Included with the HTSH-1100 is a quartz tube for conducting experiments under specific atmospheric conditions, equipped with a gas inlet/outlet for optimized gas flow and a safety valve to regulate internal pressure effectively.
The comprehensive MT-Lab software complements the HTF-1100 by offering an intuitive interface for controlling BioLogic’s impedance analyzers, acquiring impedance data, and managing temperature. It is compatible with a vast array of temperature control units, including the HTF-1100 itself, making it a versatile tool for various high-temperature applications.
